Summary
Tisagenlecleucel is a CD19-directed CAR-T therapy that causes B-cell aplasia, and ocrelizumab also depletes B cells. Together they add to immunosuppression and the risk of serious infection. The two agents also act against the same cell population, so their therapeutic purposes overlap.
