Summary

Ozanimod's active metabolites inhibit MAO-B in vitro, which creates a theoretical risk of pressor reactions with sympathomimetics. Intranasal oxymetazoline has low systemic absorption at normal doses, so a clinically important hypertensive effect is unlikely.
