Résumé

Dacomitinib strongly inhibits CYP2D6, the main enzyme that clears atomoxetine. Atomoxetine exposure may rise to levels like those in CYP2D6 poor metabolisers, increasing adverse effects such as hypertension, tachycardia and insomnia.
