Résumé
Tricyclic antidepressants can potentiate the cardiovascular effects of beta-agonists such as vilanterol, causing tachycardia, hypertension and arrhythmia. Clomipramine also prolongs QT and has anticholinergic effects that may add to umeclidinium.
