Résumé

Both drugs can prolong the QT interval, and nilotinib also inhibits CYP3A4, which may raise tinidazole exposure. Tinidazole carries a labeled QT warning, so combined use may increase the risk of torsades de pointes, especially with electrolyte disturbances.
