Sintesi
Corticosteroids can blunt the immune activation on which nivolumab depends, though they are also the standard treatment for immune-related adverse events. Use at physiological doses or for managing toxicity is acceptable, whereas high-dose prophylactic or prolonged use may reduce efficacy.
