作用のしくみ
Sarecycline is an aminomethylcycline within the tetracycline class. Its mechanism in treating inflammatory lesions of non-nodular acne vulgaris is not known.

Acne vulgaris (inflammatory lesions of non-nodular moderate to severe), weight 33 to 54 kg: 60 mg orally once daily with or without food; reassess if no improvement after 12 weeks

- Unsafe May cause fetal harm, permanent tooth discoloration and reversible inhibition of bone growth; discontinue as soon as pregnancy is recognized.

- Unsafe Tetracyclines are excreted in human milk; breastfeeding is not recommended during therapy.

- Hypersensitivity to any of the tetracyclines.

- Use during tooth development (second and third trimesters, infancy, childhood up to age 8 years) may cause permanent tooth discoloration; can cause fetal harm.
- Clostridium difficile associated diarrhea can occur; discontinue if suspected or confirmed and not directed against C. difficile.
- CNS effects (light-headedness, dizziness, vertigo): caution about driving or hazardous machinery.
