概要
Cefaclor given with amikacin may add to the risk of kidney injury, particularly in patients with renal impairment or volume depletion. Amikacin is the principal nephrotoxic and ototoxic drug, and reduced renal function increases its exposure. Oral cefaclor is only weakly nephrotoxic.
