概要
Cannabidiol inhibits several CYP enzymes including CYP2C19 and CYP2C8, and amiodarone may raise cannabidiol levels via CYP3A4 inhibition. Both drugs may reach higher concentrations, increasing adverse effects such as sedation, liver enzyme elevation, bradycardia or QT effects.
