概要
Dronabinol oral solution contains a large amount of ethanol, and cefotetan can cause disulfiram-like reactions with alcohol. Flushing, nausea, vomiting, tachycardia and hypotension may result.

Cefotetan inhibits aldehyde dehydrogenase, causing acetaldehyde accumulation from the ethanol in the dronabinol solution.

Do not use dronabinol oral solution with cefotetan or within several days of either drug. Use dronabinol capsules or another antiemetic if cefotetan is needed.
