概要
Eluxadoline is a mu-opioid agonist used for diarrhea-predominant IBS and is labeled to be avoided with drugs that cause constipation. Morphine's constipating effect may lead to severe constipation or complications such as ileus, and eluxadoline-related pancreatitis risk is also a concern.
