作用方式
Berotralstat is a plasma kallikrein inhibitor that binds plasma kallikrein and inhibits its proteolytic activity, decreasing plasma kallikrein activity to control excess bradykinin generation in HAE.

HAE prophylaxis (adults and pediatric patients 12 years and older): 150 mg capsule orally once daily with food
