摘要
Arsenic trioxide causes marked QT prolongation and torsades de pointes, and quinine adds to this effect. The combination may result in life-threatening arrhythmias.

Arsenic trioxide and Quinine are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
