摘要
Dacomitinib is a strong CYP2D6 inhibitor, and desipramine is cleared mainly via CYP2D6. Desipramine exposure can rise markedly, increasing the risk of anticholinergic effects, cardiac conduction abnormalities and arrhythmia.
