摘要

Eletriptan and frovatriptan are both 5-HT1B/1D agonists that constrict cranial and coronary arteries. Used within a day of each other their vasoconstriction is additive, with risk of coronary spasm and raised blood pressure.

Eletriptan and Frovatriptan are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
