摘要
Fluconazole inhibits both CYP2C9 and CYP3A4, the main pathways clearing siponimod, and can substantially raise siponimod exposure. This increases the risk of bradyarrhythmia, infections, liver injury and other dose-related effects.

Fluconazole and Siponimod are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
