摘要

Fluconazole and erythromycin both prolong the QTc interval, and fluconazole also inhibits CYP3A4, reducing erythromycin clearance. Torsades de pointes is more likely.

Erythromycin and Fluconazole are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

Can I take Erythromycin with Fluconazole?
