摘要

Frovatriptan and sumatriptan are both 5-HT1B/1D agonists that constrict cranial and coronary vessels. Taken close together, the vasoconstriction is additive and may cause coronary or peripheral vasospasm.

Frovatriptan and Sumatriptan are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
