Résumé
Cocaine blocks catecholamine and serotonin reuptake, and with an MAO inhibitor such as procarbazine there is risk of hypertensive crisis, arrhythmia and serotonin toxicity. Topical medical cocaine has limited absorption but the combination is still advised against.

Cocaine and Procarbazine are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
