Résumé

Linezolid is a reversible non-selective MAO inhibitor, and cyclobenzaprine has serotonergic activity, so combined use can precipitate serotonin syndrome. Cyclobenzaprine labeling also contraindicates use with MAO inhibitors because of the risk of severe reactions.
