Résumé

Mitotane is a long-acting enzyme inducer and is expected to reduce doravirine levels substantially. The induction can persist for weeks after mitotane is stopped, creating a risk of virologic failure.

Doravirine and Mitotane are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
