概要
Arsenic trioxide markedly prolongs the QT interval and has been linked to torsades de pointes. Adding amisulpride, which also prolongs QTc, increases the risk of life-threatening arrhythmia.

対処法
Avoid concurrent use and choose an alternative antipsychotic or antiemetic with lower QT risk. If unavoidable, monitor ECG continuously and keep potassium and magnesium in the normal range.
