概要
Gemfibrozil inhibits OATP1B1 and glucuronidation and fibrates also have intrinsic myotoxicity, which can raise statin exposure. Fluvastatin is mainly cleared by CYP2C9, so the pharmacokinetic rise is smaller than for other statins, but myopathy and rhabdomyolysis remain possible.
