Monoclonal antibody to programmed cell death ligand-1 protein (PDL1); binding PDL1 blocks the interaction between PDL-1 and its ligands (including B7.1 receptors)

Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer: 840 mg IV q2Weeks, Continue for up to 1 year OR unless disease progression or unacceptable toxicity

Unsafe Can cause fetal harm: PD-L1 blockade can disrupt immune tolerance and raise risk of pregnancy loss. Verify pregnancy status; use effective contraception during treatment and for 5 months after the last dose.

Unsafe No data on milk levels. Advise not to breastfeed during treatment and for 5 months after the last dose.
