摘要

Ergotamine and eletriptan are both vasoconstrictors, and ergotamine's vasospastic effect can be prolonged. Used within a day of each other they risk coronary and peripheral vasospasm.

Eletriptan and Ergotamine are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
