摘要

Both azoles prolong the QT interval, and combined use increases the risk of torsades de pointes. Fluconazole also inhibits CYP3A4, which may increase levoketoconazole exposure.

Fluconazole and Levoketoconazole are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

Fluconazole belongs to Anti Fungals; Levoketoconazole belongs to Endocrine.
