Summary
Triptans have serotonergic activity and antipsychotics with 5-HT2A antagonism have been rarely linked to serotonin toxicity when combined with serotonergic drugs. Evidence for a meaningful interaction between paliperidone and eletriptan is limited and largely theoretical, but the syndromes are serious if they occur.
What this interaction means in plain words
Eletriptan and Paliperidone have a small, usually unimportant interaction. Most people can take both; the pharmacist may still mention it so that any unexpected effect is recognised.
