Summary
Perphenazine has anticholinergic activity that adds to tiotropium, which may increase dry mouth, urinary retention, constipation and, rarely, raise intraocular pressure. Perphenazine can also prolong the QT interval, and olodaterol may add to arrhythmia risk through hypokalemia and sympathetic stimulation.
