Résumé
Chronic inflammation suppresses CYP450 expression, and ixekizumab may reverse this as inflammation is controlled. Clearance of CYP substrates with a narrow therapeutic index such as phenytoin could therefore change when ixekizumab is started or stopped. The clinical effect is expected to be small.
