摘要
Plazomicin is an aminoglycoside with known nephrotoxicity, ototoxicity and neuromuscular blockade risk, and both drugs depend on renal elimination. Combining with cefepime may add to renal stress, and any decline in kidney function would increase plazomicin exposure and cefepime-related neurotoxicity.
