Summary
Ozanimod's active metabolites weakly inhibit MAO-B in vitro, which raises concern about potentiation of indirect sympathomimetics. Combined use could cause a rise in blood pressure, tachycardia and, theoretically, hypertensive crisis or serotonin toxicity. Clinical data are limited.
What this interaction means in plain words
Methamphetamine and Ozanimod can interact in a way that may be serious. Using them together is sometimes necessary, but it needs a deliberate decision by the prescriber, a plan for monitoring, and clear advice on the warning signs to watch for.

Why it happens
Possible MAO-B inhibition by ozanimod metabolites enhances the norepinephrine-releasing and pressor effects of methamphetamine.
