概要
Reduced gastric acidity from omeprazole may lower the absorption of domperidone, which needs an acidic environment for dissolution. This may reduce the prokinetic or antiemetic effect. The clinical impact is usually modest, and omeprazole does not meaningfully inhibit CYP3A4 or add to QT risk.
