摘要
Both drugs are ergot derivatives with vasoconstrictive activity, so combined use may add to the risk of ergotism, including hypertension, peripheral ischemia and vasospasm. Dihydroergotamine also has serotonergic and adrenergic effects that add to bromocriptine's vascular effects.
