摘要
Esomeprazole inhibits CYP2C19 and can raise mavacamten exposure. Excess mavacamten can reduce left ventricular ejection fraction and cause heart failure from systolic dysfunction.

Esomeprazole and Mavacamten are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
