摘要
Lasmiditan inhibits intestinal P-glycoprotein and may increase absorption of P-gp substrates. Rifaximin is a P-gp substrate with low normal absorption, so systemic exposure can rise, particularly with hepatic impairment. The clinical significance with usual doses is uncertain.
